MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

The defendants have moved pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1) and (6) to dismiss the complaint. In the alternative, they have moved under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(f) to strike paragraph 21 of the complaint, which alleges that the plaintiff is entitled to damages for emotional distress and illness caused by the defendants’ discriminatory conduct.
