The plaintiff, Yale-New Haven Hospital, Inc., has brought two separate actions against the defendant Clifford Mitchell, and one action against the defendants Laureen Wilczynski and Vincent Wilczynski, seeking payment for medical services rendered on two separate occasions to Mitchell and on one occasion to Laureen Wilczynski. Vincent Wilczynski has not appeared. Mitchell and Laureen Wilczynski have each filed an answer, two special defenses and a counterclaim.
