The Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York on December 18, 1950, applied to this court for an order to show cause which would direct him to liquidate the business and dissolve the corporate existence of the International Workers Order, Inc., a corporation organized as a fraternal benefit society under the Insurance Law of the State of New York and transacting business under article XIV of that law.
