I. BACKGROUND

Before the Court are the Plaintiff-Trustee’s requests for summary judgment in the captioned preferential transfer adversary proceedings. These proceedings follow in the tragic wake of a pattern of fraud perpetrated by the Debtor’s principals upon their clients and others.
