Suit in equity, commenced on September 19, 1924, in the Circuit Court of Lafayette County, to set aside two deeds, conveying title to approximately 325 acres of farming land situate in Lafayette County. Missouri, upon the alleged ground that said deeds or conveyances were made without consideration and for the purpose of hindering, delaying, or defrauding the plaintiff bank, which is, and was at the time said conveyances were made, a general and unsecured creditor of defendants.
