Yellow Manufacturing Acceptance Corp. v. American Taxicabs, Inc.

This is an action in equity, under Sections 4959, 4960, and 4961, Revised Statutes 1929, seeking an accounting from the directors of the American Taxicabs, a corporation, and a judgment against these directors for money and property of the corporation which they are alleged to have acquired, transferred, lost or wasted. Appointment of a receiver, injunction, and other equitable relief was sought, and plaintiff also asked for judgment for $43,725.56 against American Taxicabs.
