The question for decision in this case is whether the third-party complaint states a cause of action, and, even if so, whether the no-action clause of the insurance policy set up in the third party complaint would bar the action at this time.
*141The original suit was brought against the defendants as general contractors in the construction of an addition to the United States Postoffice and Courthouse at Little Rock, Arkansas.
