*1144Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed January 12, 2007, which, among other things, ruled that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because she was not totally unemployed.

As the result of claimant’s activities at a real estate agency operated by her sister and brother-in-law, the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board found that she was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits during a portion of the benefit period because she was not totally unemployed and had made willful misrepresentations to obtain those benefits.…
