MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ROBSON, Senior District Judge.
This cause is before the court on the motion of plaintiff World’s Finest Chocolate, Inc. for entry of an order holding defendant World Candies, Inc. in civil contempt and for other relief. For the reasons hereinafter stated, the motion shall be granted.
FINDINGS OF FACT
On January 13, 1969, World’s Finest Chocolate, Inc., an Illinois corporation, filed a complaint against World Candies, Inc., a New York corporation, and Goldblatt Bros., Inc., an Illinois corporation. Count I of the complaint alleged infringement of the trademark World’s Finest…
