The petitioners, Ann Crane and Anne Eaton, former and incumbent Directors of Workers’ Compensation, respectively, appeal to this court from a decision of the New Hampshire Personnel Appeals Board (the Board) denying their request for an *295upward adjustment in the salary grade of the position of Director of Workers’ Compensation (the Director). We affirm the decision of the Board and dismiss the petition.
