RULING ON TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S CLAIM OF HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

This matter came before the Court on Trustee’s Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Homestead Exemption. The Court held an evidentiary hearing on August 25, 2010.
