VAN VALKENBURGH, Circuit Judge.

Defendant in error, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Delaware, brought suit in the District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma against plaintiffs in error, upon a promissory note for the sum of $5,330.43, executed by the Choctaw Portland Cement Company, a corporation. On the back of said note are the indorsements of plaintiffs in error.
