Mosbrucker v. Greenfield Implement, Inc.

Larry Clark, an Oregon resident, appeals from an order denying his motion to vacate a default judgment taken against him by Janice and Ray Mosbrucker. The sole issue is whether the court abused its discretion in denying his motion to vacate. We reverse and remand for further consideration consistent with this opinion.
