AMENDED MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

YOUNG, District Judge.

On September 6, 1985, the United States petitioned this court for an order directing the Massachusetts Department of Social Services (“Department”) to furnish to the Grand Jury of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts all records, reports, and memoranda required for their investigation of a suspected crime committed within the jurisdiction of this federal court.
