AMUNDSON, Justice.

[¶ 1] Farrar Outdoor Advertising, Inc. (Lessee) appeals the trial court’s decision to reform the lease and evict Lessee. LPN Trust (Trust) filed a notice of review as to the trial court’s denial of double damages. *797We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand as to the issue of reformation.
