MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge, Sitting by Designation.
The trustee commenced this adversary action on September 11,1986, seeking turnover of proceeds of the debtors’ 1985 crop. Basing his complaint upon sections 544 and 545 of the Bankruptcy Code, the trustee claims an interest paramount to all others including that of the debtors’ landlord upon whose land the crop was grown.
