OPINION
DIANE M. HENSON, Justice.
Appellant Shamane Forcey was indicted for the offenses of aggravated robbery and attempted capital murder. Forcey pleaded guilty to the charge of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, see Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 29.03 (West 2003), pursuant to a plea agreement, and the State dismissed the charge of attempted capital murder. The trial court assessed punishment at 25 years’ confinement and a $10,000 fine.
