Appellant, Owen Thomas Harris, was indicted for three counts of indecency with a child by exposure, 1 a third-degree felony. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 21.11(a)(2)(A), (d) (Vernon Supp. 2009). He pleaded guilty to all three counts without a recommended punishment. After a punishment hearing, the trial court sentenced him to ten years’ imprisonment for each count, with the sentences for counts 1 and 2 running consecutively and the sentence for count 3 running concurrently with counts 1 and 2.
