Following a plea of guilty to the offense of involuntary manslaughter under former section 19.05 of the Texas Penal Code, a jury assessed Appellant’s punishment at ten years’ confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a $10,000.00 fine. A deadly *654weapon finding was included in the judgment. Appellant filed a notice of appeal.
