KAUGER, Vice Chief Justice:

The questions presented for certiorari are: 1) whether the trial court erred when it granted the Bank’s demurrer to the appellant’s evidence of wrongful dishonor; 2) whether the trial court erred when it dismissed the appellant’s other alleged alternative theories of recovery; and 3) whether the trial court erred when it dismissed the appellant’s counterclaim without allowing the appellant an opportunity to respond to the ap-pellees’ motion to dismiss.
