This court, in Rinchey v. Stryker, reported in 26 How. Pr. R., 75, decided that - a sheriff holding an attachment had a right to seize personal chattels which had been disposed of by the debtor with intent to defraud creditors, and that when prosecuted by the claimant, that the sheriff may show before judgment in the attachment suit that the title of the purchaser was fraudulent and void against the attaching creditor, and that such creditor is not regarded as' a creditor at large, but one having a specific lien upon the property attached.
