KATZMANN, Circuit Judge:

Alfonso Bell petitions for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) order dismissing his appeal from the decision of an Immigration Judge (“D”) finding him deportable under INA § 237(a)(2)(A)(iii) as an alien convicted of an aggravated felony after entry into the United States. For the reasons stated below, we dismiss the petition for lack of jurisdiction.
