This is an action brought in the district court of Weston County for damages for the alleged wrongful seizure of personal property of the plaintiff, Lou Sorenson, under a writ of attachment issued in an action brought in said court by the First National Bank of Newcastle, Wyoming, against ‘ ‘ Carl Sorenson, doing business as Niobrara Motor Company. ’ ’ The sheriff of said county, Charles A.
