This matter is before the court upon the motion of the defendant, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company (hereinafter St. Paul), for joinder of certain parties as plaintiffs pursuant to Rule 19 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and upon the motion of plaintiff, Black Diamond Girl Scout Council, Inc.
