Defendant appeals from an order and judgment of the district court finding him guilty of contempt of court and fixing his punishment at six months’ imprisonment in the county jail.

The record discloses that on the 12th day of May, 1933, a judgment of. divorce was entered in the district court of Burleigh County upon findings and order in an action wherein one Bernice Babcock is plaintiff and Harry W.
