Washington Medical Center (hereinafter referred to as “WMC”), a debtor in a previously-confirmed Chapter XI case 1 , has timely objected to the claim of Group Hospitalization, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “GHI”), on the grounds that liability for the amount claimed is solely the liability of Doctor’s Hospital, Inc.
