The defendants appeal from a judgment rendered against them and in favor of the plaintiff Jensen Livestock Company im a quiet title action in which the complaint was in the usual form. The defendants, Custer county and its county commissioners, answered and filed a cross-complaint in which they showed the acquisition by the county of a tax deed to the property in question, setting forth a copy of the deed as an exhibit,, and detailing the proceedings leading up to its issuance.
