This is an appeal from a judgment for the defendants in an action to quiet title to real estate. The complaint is in the usual short form, alleging ownership by plaintiff and unfounded claim of title by defendants, with prayer for adjudication quieting the title in plaintiff as against the defendants. There are three defendants, Lewis and Clark county, Alexander B. Johnstone and Mrs. Johnstone, his wife. There is no joinder of unknown defendants.
