An agent of the Standard Oil Company collected or received funds belonging to that company, amounting to $955.81.' He turned these funds over to the Salzburger Bank at Pineora, Georgia, for the sole purpose of having the bank Temit them to the oil company at its district office in Savannah, Georgia. To effectuate this purpose the bank, on January 28, 1930, issued to the oil company its two cashier’s checks amounting to the sum stated above.
