These three cases involve tort claims; against the defendant corporation for damages allegedly caused by the negligent and wrongful acts of the defendant, its agents, servants and employees. The-defendant made Motions to Dismiss in-civil Action No. AC-1341 and Civil Action No. AC-1383 upon the ground that this court does not have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C.A. § 1332.
