Appellant, Wiley Gibbs, appeals as a matter of right1 from the final judgment of the Logan Circuit Court. A jury found Gibbs guilty of five (5) counts of incest, one (1) count of sodomy in the second degree, foui’ (4) counts of rape in the second degree, and two (2) counts of sexual abuse in the second degree, all with respect to the first victim, Jane Doe.2 He was also found guilty of one (1) count of sexual abuse in the first degree and three (3) counts of sexual abuse in the second degree with respect to the second victim, Sarah Smith.
