STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff-Appellant Abdinasir Abdirizak appeals the determination of the Defen-danb-Appellee Review Board of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (“Review Board”) denying his claim for unemployment benefits:

We reverse the Review Board’s decision and remand to the Review Board for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
