Dispossessory proceeding. In April 1977 appellant took possession of a house and lot under a warranty deed subject to a note *115and deed to secure debt held by appellee bank. In September 1978 the appellant became in default by failing to make the required monthly payments on the note and no payments were received thereafter. In February 1979 appellee gave proper notice by publication of its intent to foreclose by exercising the power of sale in the security deed. Appellant also received actual notice of this by mail.
