ORDER
BRITT, District Judge.
Plaintiff instituted this civil action seeking relief from alleged constitutional and statutory violations committed by the United States Marine Corps. Specifically, he desires protection from a Marine Corps decision to deny him an opportunity to reenlist. The Court issued a temporary restraining order on 16 February 1982 directing defendants to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue, see Fed.R.
