This claim involves a cause of action arising from alleged personal injuries said to have been sustained by plaintiff while staying as a guest at defendant’s motel located in South Bend, Indiana. Plaintiff is a resident of the State of Michigan and defendant is an Ohio corporation doing business in Indiana as a foreign corporation.
