The appellant, Jimmie Louis Harper, was charged with two counts of operating a motor vehicle as a habitual violator, one count of improper backing, and one count of leaving the scene of an accident; he was convicted of only one of the habitual violator counts, for which he was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment. On appeal, he contends that the trial court erred in admitting the certified records of the Department of Public Safety which contained his entire driving history. Held:
