Houston Produce Terminal, Inc., is the owner of a group of buildings designed for use by produce dealers in the marketing of their goods. These buildings are divided into sections called “units.” On June 17, 1955, Houston Produce Terminal, Inc., by written instrument, leased units 11 to 22, inclusive, in its building C to a partnership called Tinney Produce Company. The lease was for a term of 10 years beginning November 1, 1955 and gave the lessee an option to extend it for another ten-year term.
