The original bill was filed by Henry Lewis, of the city •of Philadelphia, and Henry S. McComb, of the State of Delaware, who sued for themselves and all other lien creditors of the Washington and Ohio Eailroad Company.
The bill alleges the insolvency of the company, and sets forth with much particularity the claims of the complainants, secured by a mortgage or deed of trust executed by said company on the 1st of May, 1868, to secure the said Henry Lewis, who is the holder of bonds to the amount of $37,500, and the said…
