MAGRUDER, Circuit Judge.

The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of its order dated May 18, 1960, directed against respondent Cosmopolitan Studios, Inc., its officers, agents, successors, and assigns.

The Board affirmed the findings of a trial examiner, with certain modifications which are not now necessary to state. It found that respondent had committed the unfair labor practice denounced in § 8(a) (5) of the Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158 (a) (5), in its refusal to sign an agreement with the Union dated April 20,1959, negotiated with the Union by the Greater New York Association…
