There was a great deal of evidence taken on the trial on the. question whether the drain which crosses the highway in the town of Bement, between sections 25 and 36, was a natural water-way or water-course, and portions of the briefs filed by the respective parties in this court have been devoted to a discussion of that question. From the view we take of this case we do not deem that question of vital importance, as we have reached the conclusion that under the provisions of the Farm Drainage act it was the duty of the drainage commissioners…
