Appellee had a judgment in ejectment in this case against appellant for the possession of an undivided five-sixths of the coal and minerals underlying the east half of the south-east quarter of section 34, in township 19, north, range 12, west, in Vermilion county. We reversed the judgment and remanded the cause to the circuit court for further proceedings in conformity with the opinion then filed. (Catlin Coal Co. v. Lloyd, 176 Ill. 275.)
