Plaintiff brings this petitory action for the purpose of recovering a tract of land he describes as the east half of the southwest *320quarter and the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section six in township six, north of range one east, and the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section seven of the same township and range, in the land district north of Bed river,- aggregating one hundred and sixty-one 63-100 acres.
