Plaintiff instituted a proceeding before the Industrial Accident Board, seeking an award to compensate him for services rendered as a physician in treating an injured employee, who at the time of his injury was within the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Rev. Codes 1921, secs. 2816 et seq., as amended). The defendant corporation was the insurance carrier. Neither the employer nor the employee is a party to the proceeding.
