OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated rape under the provisions of V.T.C.A. Penal Code, Sec. 21.03. Punishment for this first degree felony was assessed at life imprisonment by the trial court following a verdict of guilty.

Appellant contends that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence certain items seized from his automobile in violation of the Fourth Amendment, United States Constitution, and Article I, Sec. 9 of the State Constitution.
