SULLIVAN, Judge:
On July 25 and September 14, 1995, appellant was tried by a military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial at Camp Casey, Republic of Korea. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of conspiracy to violate a ration control regulation,1 violation of that same lawful general regulation, and making a false statement under oath, in contravention of Articles 81, 92, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 892, and 934, respectively.
