The object of this suit was to recover judgment against defendants upon an undertaking given by the defendant Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland to obtain the release from attachment of certain property levied upon at the instance of the plaintiff in an action commenced by him against David S. Barker, Tekla S. Barker, Violet Barker and John Glover, as statutory trustees of the Big Seven Mining Com'pany, which had been dissolved by expiration of its charter.
