ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS PLAINTIFFS’ FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT
CARTER, District Judge.
Before the Court is Defendants ICN Pharmaceuticals, Ine.’s, Richard Meier’s, John Giordani’s and Bill MacDonald’s motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ consolidated amended complaint. Defendants Milan Panic and PriceWaterhouse Coopers also make separate motions to dismiss Plaintiffs’ consolidated amended complaint.
