Plaintiffs Coach, Inc. and Coach Services, Inc. (“Coach”) bring this action against, inter alia, Defendants Farmers Market & Auction a/k/a Charlotte Hall Flea Market (“Farmers Market & Auction”) and Benjamin H. Burroughs, Jr. (“Burroughs”) (collectively “the Market Defendants”).
