On tbe 15tb day of June, 1914, the appellant, Sovereign Camp of tbe Woodmen of tbe World, issued its beneficiary certificate for a thousand dollars to H. C. Key, of Arkadelphia, Clark County, Arkansas, naming as beneficiary in said certificate appellee, Mrs. Albey Key, tbe mother of tbe insured. In bis application Key stated tbat be was a machinist, which occupation was and is classed as an ordinary or preferred occupation, and required payment of tbe ordinary or preferred rate. Key paid this rate until tbe time of bis death.
