¶ 1. This appeal arises out of Glenn Todd Wilson’s termination from the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) for falsifying official documents. Wilson appealed his termination to the Employee Appeals Board (EAB), which affirmed his termination. Wilson then requested a review by the Full EAB, which also upheld his termination. Wilson appealed to the Forrest County Circuit Court, which affirmed the EAB.
